This charming suite is set in the eaves and tucked away on the top floor of the house. The bedroom enjoys a spacious super king-sized bed and large picture window with seat overlooking the gardens to the Mawddach Estuary and the Eryri mountain range.

Eryri 51 m2 / 549 ft2 set in the eaves • Super King Bed

Eryri is an effortlessly beautiful Junior Suite located on the top floor of the house with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and rafters, with delightful views across our historic formal gardens and the surrounding woodland. Spacious yet cosy, and decorated in soft pinks, reds, blues and greens, this room is delightfully romantic.

Llywelyn 47 m2 / 506 ft2 set in the eaves • Super King Bed

Our beautiful Junior Suite is set in the eaves of the house with triple-aspect views over our historic formal gardens, Mawddach Estuary and the Eryri mountain range. Fall into slumber in the super king-sized bed, soak away the evening in the spacious bathroom with double-ended cast iron bath, or enjoy beautiful mountains right from your shower.

Idris 34 m2/ 365 ft2 – Twin or Super King

Idris has been recently refurbished and offers spectacular double-aspect views across the Mawddach Estuary and the formal gardens at the front of the house. The elegant, updated space includes a spacious bathroom with a roll-top bath, monsoon shower, and a ‘seat with a view’.

Rhys & Meinir 39 m2/ 420 ft2 – Four Poster Super King

Rhys & Meinir is a recently refurbished and impressive junior suite, featuring a striking four-poster bed and a huge picture window overlooking the historic formal gardens at the front of the house. The light and airy bathroom includes a roll-top bath and a separate monsoon shower.

Branwen 30 m2/ 323 ft2 – Super King

Branwen is a recently refurbished, bright and spacious bedroom, featuring an original antique fireplace with a Delft tile surround. There’s a cosy window seat offering views across the glorious historic formal gardens at the front of the house and the surrounding woodland. The generous bathroom includes a roll-top bath and a separate monsoon shower room.

Ogwen 25 m2/ 270 ft2 – Twin or Super King

A beautiful and airy room with a Super King bed and original antique fireplace. French doors open out onto a substantial roof terrace with a stuning copper bath, overlooking our rear gardens and the surrounding woodland.

Derwen 28 m2/ 302 ft2 – Twin or Super King

Derwen is a superbly comfortable bedroom featuring an original antique fireplace and a charming balcony with views over the rear gardens and surrounding woodland. The bathroom has been modernised and includes a double-ended bath and a walk-in shower.

Meirionnydd 28 m2/ 302 ft2 – King

A spacious room with french doors leading out to a balcony with wonderful views across the Mawddach Estuary and the mountains beyond. This bedroom has a modernised bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. “Meirionnydd” is the old county name for Gwynedd, Meirionnydd was a sub-kingdom of Gwynedd, founded according to legend by Meirion. The kingdom lay between the River Mawddach and the River Dovey, spreading in a north-easterly direction.

Carreg is a delightful superior room set in the eaves on the top floor of the house. The super king-sized bedroom has views out over the historic formal gardens at the front of the house, and enjoys a large bathroom with a double-ended cast iron bath, and a large monsoon walk-in shower.

Cregennan 29 m2/ 313m2 – Twin or Super King

Cregennan is a spacious first floor room with a window seat overlooking the kitchen garden and woodland beyond. It benefits from a modernised bathroom with double-ended bath and large walk in shower.

Wyddfa 23 m2/ 248 ft2 – Four Poster Super King

Wyddfa is a recently refurbished, perfectly proportioned and intimate bedroom, featuring an original antique fireplace and a four-poster bed. It offers beautiful views over the historic formal gardens at the front of the house and the surrounding woodland. The pleasant bathroom includes a monsoon shower room.

Hideaway

Glyndŵr 25 m2/ 270 ft2 – King or Twin Bed

A cosy room with a galley bathroom in the centre of the house. Please note that this room has a large window with a restricted view to the countryside.
